As of tonight, March 9, 2019, I have just been personally informed by the bishop of El Paso that Father Michael Rodriguez of El Paso diocese does not have faculties.
While any Mass he offers is valid, it is certainly not licit.
His absolutions are likewise invalid.
Please act accordingly.

Don't know who Father Rodriguez is, but it's astounding that he was approved as a diocesan priest without being validly ordained. For that's the only way he could offer a licit but invalid Mass. How'd his bishop mess that one up?
Or perhaps you meant to say that his Masses are valid but illicit?
As the second part of my remark states ("his absolutions are likewise invalid"), I did, indeed, get them backwards and have corrected the error in the text. Thanks.
Mr. Rodriguez is not Catholic because he believes Jorge, a non Catholic, can head the Catholic Church. His problem is he is being lukewarm in this, The Great Apostasy.
I cannot trust you as you are not an authority in this matter. If the bishop wishes to convey this information about a diocesan priest then let him make the statement to the faithful of the Diocese of El Paso.
I do not personally know Fr. M. Rodriguez but was once given some of his preaching, As Catholics we all need to be united and pray for everyone. Remember the words of Christ, pray even for your enemies, Please do not cause scandal within the Catholic Faith. Keep in mind that God the Almighty is the one that allows everything, good or bad. Even the devil has to ask for permission to sift anyone. Think clearly about the true teachings of the Catholic Faith. Pray to our Blessed Mother Mary for discernment because she was the one that gave us those revelations about the confusion ( Apostasy) that was going to happen in the Catholic church. Do not cause more divisions in the Catholic Faith, we are suppose to be humble and leave it in God's hands. Remember what happened to the great Saint Father Pio, he had been accused of a terrible thing and God gave him his place again. Pray fervently to the Mother of God, with her pure hands, Her son will not refuse our petitions and pleas. Spread the love of Christ and be peace makers, go over the Beatitudes and decide who's side are you on: ARE YOU A CHILD OF CHRIST OR OF THE DEVIL? Love of Neighbor needs to be urgently into practice, WE ARE CATHOLICS FOR CHRIST Sake not anyone else. Trust in God not man, the words of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Priests nowadays need to be brave to teach the catholic faith Just like St Paul, St Peter Just to name a few I have Followed Fr Michael rodriguez for the last five years and he is one of the holy honest and brave Priests I have ever heard of he is not afraid to teach the catholic faith, unlike the most false Bishops and Priests who are cowardly like the Bishop in Ireland who got the diseases to vote how they want their churches run they voted for gay weddings and gay Priests etc and he said he will do his best to facilitate what they want. You see it has been one big slippery slope since the smoke of Satin entered into the Vatican around the time of Vatican two the good Priests and lay people could see what was happening and got out what we have been left with in the infiltration of the Vatican is Satins handy work those who turn the blind eye and pretend there's nothing wrong are playing their part in the infiltration and destruction of the Catholic Church and faith. Fr Michael Rodriguez chose to be brave and be a real teacher of the Catholic Church and faith and do his job properly in order to save the souls of the faithful.
