He lost the case in court and had to pay child support anyway because "he was the only one responsible for where his sperm went." In another court case, a man tried to stop his wife from having an abortion and lost because he was told it wasn't his decision to make. So, in our modern world, this man in question tries to "take care of his problem" and will be prosecuted.
